West Nile..

Por todo sacramento estan spraying for west nile virus, lo raro es q la ultima ciudad fue elk grove (q es donde yo permanesco el 80% de mi tiempo) precisamente ayer, hoy y manana estaremos ahi porq ahi es donde practica cheerleading mi gorda,everyone is paranoid, creo q yo mas q todos, depre,panic attacks, falta la respiracion, and now west nile, es para volverse loca.... tomate esto, tomate lo otro, escucha a tu doctor, no no lo escuches solo te van a drogar, ve a terapia, todo esta en tu cabeza, you can make it you are a very strong person, you have helped so many people, why can't you help your self? think of your kids, todo todo todo me satura, me asusta,me paraliza, ten Fe, Dios esta contigo... I know that, and I love God (todo el q me conoce lo sabe) then why do I feel this way?

There is a good side to all of these, and sooner than later I will let you all know.. stay tuned.

Homework..

Wake up @ 7am, eat bk. get ready for your day,
school starts @ 8am, ends @ 2:22pm
come home, eat fast, do 1hour of homework,
(she's only in 2nd. grade and gets 5 pages each night)
watch 2 tv shows, go to cheerleading practice,
(and gymnastics if it's wed.)
come home, eat,take a shower, read a little go to sleep.
